We would love to sing for you!  Check out our videos to see what we're like.  Northwest Sound performs regularly at selected events:

  • The chorus produces shows several times per year featuring different groups from within Northwest Sound, local community choruses, and other local and nationally known a capella performers.
  • As guest performers with other musical groups at theatrical venues that have included Benaroya Hall, 5th Ave Theater, Kirkland Performance Center, and Everett Civic Auditorium
  • For free or subsidized performances for schools, assisted living facilities, and at community events to benefit the greater Eastside community
  • For major corporate meetings, sports and music events, and private celebrations
  • At regional and international chorus competitions.

Northwest Sound’s repertoire is highly varied, and the chorus can provide groups of any size to entertain your guests.

Northwest Sound performing groups include:

  • Main Chorus – Forty to seventy men depending on the venue and timing, fully costumed performances with repertoire that includes well-known and original arrangements of show tunes, songs from familiar films, pop music, and famous barbershop acts.  Typically performs during weekend and evening hours.
  • Classic Sound – Casual group suitable for more intimate venues singing selected hits of the 1930’s, 1940’s and 1950’s like Mood Indigo, Over the Rainbow, and Swingin’ on a Star.  Performance times by arrangement.
  • Jazz VLQ – Ten to twelve men, focus on more demanding jazz arrangements for inclusion in chorus produced shows.
  • Award Winning Quartets – Four-man groups brought together from among chorus members and the broader barbershop community of Puget Sound.
