In the fall, the Northwest Sound and Northwest Mix choruses host FREE singing lessons as a service to the Eastside. In this six-week workshop, our vocal coaches will teach you proper techniques for four-part harmony singing. You will learn healthy singing, proper tuning, finding your vocal range, singing in close harmony, proper vowel usage, and finding the message of a song. You will get group lessons and will sing with Northwest Sound during our rehearsals. And you'll have a chance to sing on stage at our holiday show!

This year, lessons begin on October 25, 2023 and continue every Wednesday except the week of Thanksgiving. Rehearsals run from 7:00 - 8:45 PM, but arrive at 6:40 the first day to register. We meet at the Temple B'nai Torah in Bellevue: 15727 NE 4th St. Enter in the front at the left-most door and ring the bell if no one is there to greet you.

People of all genders, ages, and skill levels are welcome. Even if you've never sung in a group before! Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
